Kid Rock to Judge: Don't Hold Me Against Me

Kid Rock Kid Rock's got a bad reputation and he knows it -- which is why he wants to put the kibosh on any mention of his previous bad behavior during his current court case.

Rock filed documents in L.A. County Superior Court on Friday in connection to a lawsuit filed against him by three guys who claim Rock and six members of the Boo-Yaa Tribe beat the hell out of them at the Roosevelt Hotel back in 2006.

In the documents, Rock -- real name Robert Ritchie -- asks that his "reputation as a 'tough guy' or 'thug' by means of his professional persona as 'Kid Rock'" not be used against him during the case.

Rock also wants no mention of his "prior criminal arrest or misdemeanor convictions" during the case as well ... calling them irrelevant and prejudicial.

We'll see how that goes.

Red Cross Clears Kanye West in Battery Case

Kanye WestKanye West's criminal case involving an LAX run-in with photographers was dismissed a few minutes ago ... after his lawyer presented proof Kanye performed community service with the Red Cross.

Kanye and his manager, Don Crowley, had been charged with vandalism, battery and grand theft after they smashed the camera equipment of two photogs at LAX on September 11, 2008.

The judge agreed in October to dismiss the case if Kanye and Crowley showed proof they had each performed 50 hours of community service. Both men also agreed to take an anger management class.

Today, Kanye's lawyer, Blair Berk, and Crowley's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, went to court and showed proof that both men had worked for 50 hours at the Red Cross.

So the case is officially history.

MTV 'Teen Mom' Allegedly Choked by Her Mother

MTV 'Teen Mom' Allegedly Choked by Her MotherOne of the young mothers from the MTV reality show "Teen Mom" was allegedly choked and then hit by her 54-year-old mom this weekend -- and mom is now facing domestic violence charges.

The Council Bluffs Police Department in Iowa tells TMZ Debra Danielson -- the mother of 18-year-old "Teen Mom" Farrah Abraham -- was arrested at around 1 PM on Saturday for suspicion of domestic abuse/serious assault.

According to cops, Farrah and Debra started arguing over childcare issues when Debra allegedly threw an MTV shirt at her daughter ... which landed "on or near" Farrah's baby, who started crying.

That's when Farrah claims she went off on her mother -- who then grabbed Farrah by the throat. Farrah told cops she pushed her mother's hand away from her throat, causing her mother to strike her on the right side of her head and mouth.

In the report, officers say they observed multiple cuts on the right side of Farrah's lips.

The story was first reported by the The Daily Nonpareil.

Charlie Sheen, Brooke Mueller -- Privacy Pleeeze

Charlie Sheen's lawyer wants a private meeting with the judge -- with only one reporter present.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller

TMZ has just obtained a letter filed this morning from Richard Cummins, Charlie Sheen's lawyer, in which the attorney asks the judge to handle the whole protective order modification in chambers, not in the courtroom.

Cummins writes, in his letter to the clerk which was filed with the court, "Obviously, both Ms. Sheen and Mr. Estevez do not wish this to become a media circus and would, as much as possible, like to have their privacy respected understanding that they are celebrity figures so there is a public interest and the necessity of media coverage."

Cummins says it's ok by him if there is one pool reporter in chambers who would then pass the info along to the other reporters waiting outside. There is no mention of whether the pool reporter would have access to a TV camera, but it's unlikely the judge would ever go for that.

As we first reported, Charlie and Brooke Mueller want the order of protection modified so they can have contact with each other in an attempt to save their marriage.

Hayden's Bro -- Community Service Is a Drag

Hayden's Bro -- Community Service Is a DragHayden Christensen's film producer brother Tove will be cleaning up the streets of Hollywood in the near future -- but not out of the kindness of his heart ... because he allegedly dragged his GF through the street.

Tove was sentenced this week to a 20-day "Hollywood Beautification" community service program after he pled "no contest" to a charge of misdemeanor battery.

It's all over an incident last September: witnesses claim Tove shoved his GF to the ground during an argument, hopped in his car, and drove off right when she was reaching inside for her purse ... dragging her about 30 feet.

In addition to the community service, Tove was also sentenced to three years probation and a year of domestic violence counseling. The case was filed by the L.A. City Attorney.

Mike Tyson - Free at Last, Officially

Mike TysonMike Tyson will not be prosecuted for allegedly punching a photog at LAX, TMZ has learned.

The L.A. City Attorney officially rejected the case today, citing "insufficient evidence."

Tyson's lawyer, the ever-effervescent Shawn Chapman Holley, tells TMZ, "The City Attorney's office made the right decision given the harassing conduct of the paparazzo."

Tyson was arrested last month for battery after a bloody confrontation with a paparazzo outside the United terminal at LAX. Tyson claimed the photog was harassing him, his wife and child.

The photog was taken to the hospital and stitched up.

The City Attorney also declined to file charges against the photog.

Pacquiao's Pushy Trainer Sued

Manny Pacquiao's trainer is being sued for something that's only legal in the ring -- assault, battery and infliction of emotional distress.

According to a lawsuit just filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Freddie Roach became enraged at Wildcard Gym Boxing Club in L.A., after coming face-to-face with Alex Vidal -- a boxing writer who penned a story titled, "Sick Roach Misses Conception's Last Workout."

Roach -- who suffers from Parkinson's disease -- allegedly challenged Vidal, claiming "he was not sick and that he only went to a clinic." Vidal says he apologized and said he was merely quoting a statement from boxer Bernabe Conception's manager.

Roach was unmoved, allegedly went on a tirade, pushing him "roughly" in the left shoulder, and yelled, "The next time you write about it, I will kill you."

Seems pretty tame in the boxing world, but Vidal is suing for all sorts of unspecified damages.

Photog: Michael Jackson Fans Beat Me

A photographer who is suing Debbie Rowe claims he was attacked with a bat by three men who were yelling, "Leave Debbie alone."

Photog Ed Frommer
is suing Rowe, claiming she defamed him by "lying" to police by saying he intentionally scratched her face and struck her. Frommer has sued Rowe for $7,500 in small claims court.

Frommer told cops on Sunday at 11:15 PM in Lancaster, CA, three males began following him in two different cars and ran him off the road. Frommer told police they got out of their cars -- one of them wielding a bat and poking him in the chest. They were yelling, "Leave Debbie alone."
