Shaq may have some serious 'splainin' to do.
MaryJane, the Atlanta hip hop artist who just got a restraining order claiming Shaq has terrorized her since their alleged breakup, claims their relationship ended on July 18.
That's probably not syncing up with Shaq's wife Shaunie, who was photo'd out with him during the July 4th weekend, supposedly working on a reconciliation.
Shaq filed for divorce almost a year ago but the proceeding was put on ice recently because they were supposedly back together.
We spoke with Shaunie's lawyer, to see if the D was back on, but the lawyer says nobody's uttered a peep about another woman.
Ironically the divorce dismissal for Shaq and Shaunie was made official, and signed by the judge today.

How perfect. A-Rod needs a shoulder to lean on, and guess who shows up? Another world-class athlete with relationship problems.
Alex Rodriguez and Shaquille O'Neal huddled for roughly 30 seconds at the 40/40 club last night, looking pretty intense. Don't know what they talked about, but Shaq surely must have some tips to throw A's way.
A-Rod was hosting the shindig, so guess what music the DJs played -- Madonna.
At one point A-Rod went to the bathroom, but not before security swept the crapper of people, even pulling one guy from a stall.

The Diesel spent his 4th of July playing the role of a giant human arm cushion for his wife Shaunie in the Cayman Islands.

Delusional John Salley says the only reason he got caught lying about the"Best Damn Sports Show Period" never running the Shaq attack vid -- is because he doesn't think it had anything to do with sports!?!?! Are you crazy!!!!!

Shaquille O'Neal visited a software company in Huntsville, Ala. yesterday, but all anyone wants to know about is that darn Kobe rap.
Shaq talked about moving to Alabama with the fam -- but he ducked a simple question about Kobe on his way out.

Shaquille O'Neal can't escape his Kobe Bryant freestyle -- even in Huntsville, Ala.
Shaq Diesel went to dinner at Dolce Enoteca (yes, in Huntsville) last night and sources tell us he was a "true gentleman," posing for pics and signing balls for the kids.
But he ran into a little issue when it came time to order. The server ran down the evening's specials, which included Kobe beef filet. Shaq replied he "wasn't really in the mood for anymore Kobe," opting instead for the chicken.
No need to chew him and spit him out again.

You've never seen a Shaq Attack like this.
Shaquille O'Neal took the mic at a NYC club, unleashing a freestyle verbal assault directed at his arch-enemy Kobe Bryant -- blaming his former teammate for ruining his marriage and imploring him to "Tell me how my ass tastes."
After spending several verses shredding Kobe apart for losing in the NBA playoffs, Shaq drops the line, "I'm a horse, Kobe ratted me out, that's why I'm getting divorced."
The line most likely references a comment Kobe made during his infamous 2003 rape case, when he told Colorado police that he "Should have done what Shaq does ... Shaq would pay his women not to say anything." The two became famously bitter rivals after the incident.
Calls to Kobe's reps were not returned.

On Sunday, Shaquille O'Neal invited Kobe Bryant to toss his salad -- but today he told our camera, "I love you Kobe!"
He's got a funny way of showing it.
