Like His Big Sister, Paris' Bro Gets a DUI!

TMZ has learned 18-year-old Barron Hilton, Paris' little brother, was arrested for DUI in Malibu at 8:30 AM this morning!

Cops tell TMZ he was driving a black Mercedes on Pacific Coast Highway with a passenger -- not one of his sisters-- when he was pulled over at a 76 gas station.

He's currently in the process of being booked at the Lost Hills Sheriff's station -- the same place Mel Gibson was taken.

UPDATE: Barron's been officially booked and is currently being held on $5000 bail.

Shampoo and Conditioner in there! Some industrial strength detergent stuff ! White Rain ...yuck. The conditioner was, like Crisco! No body lotion ! OMG< Barron !!!

37. #36 You must work for the LA COURT SYSTEM- because you have called it the way it will turn out. They only work about 4 days a week, have umpteen days off during important trials, continuances for stupid reasons, and take months for a trial that would take a week anywhere else

43. What crappy parents the hiltons are. ALL of their kids have had DUI's now. I hope this kid doesn't go down the same road that his stupid slut sister pearASS did. How proud Grandpa Hilton must be; no wonder he gave 97% of the family fortune to charity. If these boneheads (including stupid father hilton & trailer trash mom hilton) had access to hundreds of milliions, they'd be killing people & causing carnage for hundreds of miles...

44. 18 years old? Isn't the drinking age in CA 21? Where are all these underage drunks getting there booze? When is some law enforcement action going to be taken against those clubs abd places that sell to underage?

8:0 AM? Probably just headed home from the night before if he's like the rest of his clan, unfortunstely. Hello?!??!! Is there a PARENT in the picture? ANYWHERE??? If I had pulled a stunt like this, even at age 25, my Mom would still have kicked my ass and deservedly so! Thank you, Mom and Dad!
